Overview

The CIBC Newcomer Experience was designed as a thoughtful banking solution for future Canadians, letting them initiate their banking setup from abroad, before arrival. The service provided a streamlined process to partially establish a bank account that became fully operational on arrival in Canada, with remote identity verification and the ability to partially fund the account, ensuring a smooth financial start from the moment they set foot in the country.
